1. Nature of Service
CONNECT POLICY is an insurance facilitation and advisory service. We help you compare and purchase policies from licensed insurers. The insurance contract is always between you and the chosen insurer.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Premiums, EMI options and the '₹799*' starting price are indicative and depend on the vehicle, insurer, coverage and your profile. Final pricing is confirmed by the insurer at the time of issuance.
3. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and personal details. Incorrect information may affect quotes, policy validity or claim settlement.
4. EMI Facility
Insurance on EMI is subject to eligibility and partner terms. Installment amounts, tenure and any charges are disclosed before you confirm your policy.
5. Claims
Claim approval and settlement are governed by the insurer's policy terms. We assist and coordinate the process but do not guarantee any specific claim outcome.
6. Limitation of Liability
CONNECT POLICY is not liable for decisions made by insurers, including pricing, rejection or claim settlements. Our role is limited to facilitation and assistance.
